Name on the bank account or e-wallet you use for withdrawals must match exactly with the name you registered on your ry36 account. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed and will be returned to your account balance.
Before making a withdrawal, members must ensure that all rollover requirements associated with bonuses received have been fully met. Attempts to withdraw funds before rollover requirements are fulfilled will be automatically rejected by the system.
